Transparency & Gamut Preferences

Transparency & Gamut Preferences These settings are used to determine how transparency is displayed in the document as well as the colour and tint used to show out-of-gamut colours in the image.

Transparency Settings

Grid Size
This menu is used to set the size of the checkerboard pattern used to indicate transparency in a Photoshop image. The options are: None, Small, Medium, and Large.
Grid Colours
This menu is used to quickly set the colour combination for the checkerboard pattern in areas of transparency. There are several presets to choose from; as well, you can create your own custom colours for the grid.

Gamut Warning

Colour
This colour swatch is used to specify the colour used to indicate pixels that are out of gamut.
Opacity
This value sets the opacity of the colour applied to indicate out-of-gamut pixels.
